Shipping and Returns Policies

While we do not charge you any additional shipping fees, we do have a number of important policies regarding both how your products will arrive, and how they are returned.

  • As we currently provide hemp based products from multiple suppliers, please note the following when purchasing multiple products:
    • products may arrive in one package, or in multiple packages.
    • Please allow between 7-14 days for your order to arrive.
    • Products may arrive at different dates and times, according to the various vendors and carriers used.
    • Products may or may not have Serenity Valley Hemp Co. as the originators address, logo, or packing slip
    • Branding and promotional inserts may be provided from the vendors directly.

If more than 15 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email or by phone (719)398-0223, with an emailed verification of return created by us after the call.

  • We cannot yet provide a single address for product returns, so please keep in mind:
    • Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • You must contact us via email : [email protected] to find out where your product must be returned
    • You need to have your original purchase receipt or email notification of purchase
    • Unless your product has arrived with a seal broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged from shipping, Return postage will not be provided
    • Sale items : Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] :: We will provide a return address in email only! (See return policies above)

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
